The last few weeks have just been whizzing by! I can hardly believe that school is out in 3 1/2 weeks. Much more sobering, Kindergarten Round-up is in 2 1/2 weeks! (Gulp)! Preston asks me every day "How many more days until I go to Kindergarten?" I think he sees it as a right of passage. Nonetheless, I am really going to miss him when he is gone all day, everyday. Although in all honestly, I am so looking forward to the one-on-one time I will get with Zac.
We are all preparing for summer to arrive. Preston is signed up for summer T-Ball. Hopefully this will go better then soccer did. (For those who don't remember- P hated soccer and used to cry at the games. Poor little monster was miserable!) I have been reluctant to try new sports because of our past experience, but he is genuinely excited. We also signed up for VBS! This Preston is supppppppppper excited for! He loves church and God and most of all- Bible School! I am volunteering again as a crew leader this year. It was so much fun last year! I am really looking forward to it.
Lately, we have been keeping busy. Preston is still in school and taking swim lessons. We signed him up for Gymnastics through Aerials Gymnastics. He has some friends in the class and seems to be enjoying all the jumping around and flips he gets to do without being yelled at :) This week we ventured up to Pump It Up in South Denver for some playtime. We went with some friends and both boys had a great time. Pump It Up is such a neat place filled with Inflatables of all sizes and shapes. I wish we still had one in Springs. On Saturday, we went to Mr. Biggs for some gaming, go-carting, laser tag & adventurous fun. Again, we went with friends and both boys had a blast!

Every night when it's time for bed, I ask Preston about his day. Even though I spend all day with him- I love getting his feedback. I always ask him, "What was your favorite part?" He gives different answers, some surprising, some I already knew were coming :) Lately, he has paused and then said. "Just one favorite Mommy?" Then he lists several things we experienced during the day. It warms my heart to hear him. He is such a sweet little boy! And it's like getting an A+ for me as a Mom :)
